This is how we can describe what happened on the penultimate day of Portugal Fashion, which took place at the Miele Experience Center, the recent store of the German appliance brand. At the controls was Chef Nuno Castro (Fava Tonka, in Leça da Plameira), who cooked using the most advanced technologies presented by the brand. During the showcooking, guests had the opportunity to witness the chef in action, preparing dishes that were simple to the eye but full of flavor and attention to detail. At the same time, it was possible to showcase Miele’s different ranges of appliances, in an increasingly futuristic approach that makes everyday life easier, always with respect for the environment and sustainability in mind.
