Portugal Fashion and NorteShopping celebrated an annual agreement that kicked off on March 15th, at noon, with the opening of the temporary exhibition “Portugal Fashion Show Off powered by amma”. Alexandra Moura, David Catalán, Davii, Estelita Mendonça, Judy Sanderson, Nopin, Pé de Chumbo, Pedro Pedro and Susana Bettencourt are the nine designers that integrated the creative installation installed in the Galleria, NorteShopping’s premium space.
The objective of this collaboration with NorteShopping is to materialize a strategy of dispersion of Portugal Fashion’s message, stimulating the privileged contact between designer fashion and consumers, in a commercial space of reference in our country. Fashion as a business and the collections of national designers as affordable clothing with high added value in terms of quality and creativity is the vision that we want to convey with this initiative. After this first show, a pop up store will follow and also, during the October 2023 edition of Portugal Fashion, a multidisciplinary program of thematic activities will take place under the motto “Portugal Fashion Days”.
The exhibition that launched this collaboration was on display until March 22 and was curated and collaborated with AMMA – Fashion Design Gallery Galeria de Moda Portuguesa. Located in the Real Vinícola complex (Casa da Arquitetura) in Matosinhos, this gallery dedicated exclusively to the dissemination of the work of Portuguese designers and creators (or based in Portugal) is a Brandin.pt project, an agency and showroom of Portuguese fashion that has worked with Portugal Fashion in international markets.
