The Portuguese brand hit the stage of the last Grammys edition with Justin Bieber wearing a pair of black leather pants from the latest collection of Ernest W. Baker designers. The pants stood out in the look, being the key element to the standout approach to style already so typical of the singer.
Ernest W. Baker was also in the hands of the singer Harry Styes, who completed one of the looks for the video of his new hit “As It Was” with a pair of the brand’s gloves. The gloves, black with a red crochet finish, paired harmoniously with a scarlet overcoat by London-based designer Bianca Saunders and a black scarf by the Belgian designer Dries van Noten.
The designers of Ernest W. Baker, Inês Amorim and Reid Baker, were integrated in the official calendar of the last edition of Portugal Fashion, with an exclusive presentation of the new Fall/Winter collection at Ateneu Comercial do Porto, in a happening format. The collection for the next cold season recovers the roses, symbol of fragility and strength, present in prints, jacquards and crochet. Knitwear, bell-bottoms, and western-style boots also complete the new collection, which is increasingly artisanal and 100% made in Portugal.
